Road resurfacing done very poorly

This road was resurfaced in the last week. It has areas where the tarmac has not covered the old road surface. It was laid in too long runs and no attempt was made to repair the areas missed. The new surface has created issues around drainage and inspection hatches- no attempt to maintain slopes towards drainage points or clean edges around these are evident. This work needs urgent inspection and the job to be completed to an acceptable standard This needs to be inspected ASAP
