Racist graffiti on road sign

Sent to Reading Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9648527.

The road sign for Wrenfield Drive has racist and Islamophobic graffiti on it. I first noticed it this morning, and it needs removing as a priority.
