Blocked storm drain

The storm drain opposite Broden Stables entrance is blocked somewhere in the drain run to the river. It is quite common to see this drain fill up and overflow and then flow down the lane. The two outlets into the river at the bottom of the lane only show one drain on one side of the road is clear and working. You will NEED a water bowser to fill up this storm drain to see that there is a VERY VERY limited water flow to the river. Putting a rod down it will not clear what ever is blocking this drain.

Once again a reasonable rain fall has resulted in the storm drain opposite Broden stables entrance filling up and NO visible flow of water. A quick walk to the river bridge at the start of Redlands Lane shows ZERO flow of water out of this side of the lane. This lane at the bottom floods because 50% of the drainage capability is NOT working - it is blocked. Please resolve.
