There is a small shared car park which serves the numbers 37 - 48 of The Beeches. At the southern end of the car park, directly adjacent to 2 of the parking slots thorn bushes have overgrown to the extent that they scratch and damage vehicles should anyone attempt to park in those spaces. At busy times, ie when everyone is home this means that people are unable to park. Additionally there is an overgrown tree in the corner of the car park which proliferates red berries. It overhangs one of the parking slots such that anyone who parks there ends up with their vehicle covered in bird droppings and berries. The ground is also contaminated with red berry mulch which transfers from soles of shoes onto vehicle carpeting. This is causing friction between residents as when the car park is busy some residents are now having to find parking out on the street, because we have effectively lost 2 parking slots.
