Overgrown shrubs to the right of steps up to Westbury Court. It makes it difficult to park down there safely. The steps are also covered in leaves making them slippery and dangerous.

Overgrown shrubs still there and even worse now. The steps up to Westbury Court are extremely slippy as they are littered with leaves and other debris.
