Public footpath between 27 and 29 Winchelsea Road.

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2895596.

Where the footpath crosses the dyke (there is a foot bridge), there is a large, dense shrub/bush that has grown and seems to be developing into a small tree. It is about 18 ft tall. As it grows it is pushing against my boundary fence which will eventually give way.
