Foxtail grass

This little green space is very popular with dog walkers but it's absolutely covered in foxtail grasses which can get into dogs fur and cause all sorts of health issues including needing surgical removals
It's bad enough that it grows all along the road sides here. Can you organise for it to be mowed and the seed heads removed so that it doesn't reseed. If not this is summer can you schedule it for June of next year?
