Overgrown hedges on narrow pavement with overgrown trees

The hedges and trees on the section of pavement in Wilsham Road, Abingdon and alongside Margaret Brown gardens, are overgrown and causing difficulty for a Guide dog Owner and her dog, to get past easily. When it is wet weather, it is particularly unpleasant to pass through this way. Unfortunately, whilst trying to avoid this section of pavement last week, the GDO had a nasty fall, injuring her shoulder and causing bruising.
