A "For Sale" board for a property within Charlotte Close has been erected on Kidmore Road. This does not comply with planning regulations as it is not within the boundary of the property being advertised for sale and the board is attached to the Charlotte Close sign which is an RBC public fixture. An opportunity for a £2500 fine plus £250 per day?
