Works obstructing footpath

Vehicles and works obstructing the pavement are leaving an unsafe and narrowed route for pedestrians. Children, pushchairs and wheelchair users have been unable to pass safely, and pedestrians are being forced close to or into the road and to step over unsafe holes/loose groundworks/live equipment. This has been ongoing.
