Grass needs cutting

Reported via mobile in the Grass needs cutting category anonymously at 23:32, Monday 15 June 2026 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9627655.

Despite a previous report (ref. 9513445), the grass and weeds outside the tennis courts have still not been fully cut (only two sides have been done). The grass in the open area bordered by Crofton Road also needs cutting and the tree line bordering Grasmere Gardens. Note that it was agreed last year that ALL of the grass in this park should be regularly cut other than the nature area by Lovibonds Avenue. This is clearly not happening.

  • This is not an acceptable response. The grass cutting has not been carried out as part of routine maintenance and corrective action is required now (not in 'forthcoming weeks'). I will now be referring this to senior council officers.
