Dangerous stump in grass area near park

A few years ago, some trees were planted by the park in Saltford near the Primary School one of the trees was damaged. This tree was damaged and has now been chopped further down and is now left with a sharp stump out the grass. A child or someone with visual issues could either fall or trip over or onto the stamp this needs removing immediately. I have photos. It is in the left hand corner outside the play area but in the grass.
