Royal mail employees parking their cars on the main road blocking off the visual site of two junctions and visit visibility of cards

Problem is been going on since I've lived on Queens road for the last 15 years plus and it's a continuous object that we want to find their either blocking off personal driveways or they are using private driveway par parks or you cutting through your garden to get to work or they are parking on the main road as you can see in the photographs which is blocking off two main junctions when forcing all the main traffic on a main busy road to go onto a single lane and other cars from either to and junctions are trying to pull out but can't the amount of near misses and people trying to cross the road it becoming dangerous and this needs to be addressed why can't they park in the local car park in the central town why are they continuously upsetting the locals by parking in private car parks and blocking off the main road and blocking junctions
