Rats - the return

Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9619988.

I reported return rat sightings on this plot a month ago, only to be told that, owing to what is the abject neglect of the grass (now a 5ft tall mess, 1 year uncut), Pest Control could not check and lay traps safely.

So, why has no-one cut this verge so that Pest Control CAN do their job & safely, and residents can live in their properties, and primary and nursery children can enjoy their neighbourhood safely too?
