Tarmac damage 8x4 foot or more area

The tarmac has both sunk into a dip of several inches, plus has moved to created a large ridge and trip hazard. Elderly pedestrians use this foot path along with children to and from school. I have witnessed at least one child take a tumble due to tar pavement issues. It is outside 17 Maytree Avenue, been getting worse for months, now breaking up into bits of tar / large grit like bits
