BT street digging work left a defective pohole repair

BT did some work on the High Street verge and made a pothole repair tht is obviously of poor quality as the surface is severely buckled and compromised less than 24 hours after the repair. Can OCC please inspect this and ensure that it is relaced with a high quality pothole fix?
