Sent to Fareham Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9616144.

Car on pallets with no wheels or plates. Still there after reporting it to FBC 4weeks ago.

Updates

The council put a sticker on it. Last week the council put another sticker on it. As of 6th July it's still there and has been joined by a bag of builders rubble.
