Large storage vehicle on permit road

There is a storage vehicle next to a van that never moves and we all pay for spaces and it is using up space that should be used for paid vehicles. It is a permanent fixture on the road and never moves. It is outside numbers 16, 18, 20 and 22 Dalkeith Road, SE21 8LS. This vehicle has never moved since permit restrictions came into place and it means during busy times they are using a space which could be used by permit holders.
