Series of 20x5cm potholes

This series of potholes has been here for at least a month now, and continues to grow in number (of potholes) and size (of each pothole). There are at least 10 of them. They are individually about 20cm wide, and 5cm deep. They are mostly in the left hand half of the lane and may not cause much issue for cars, but force cyclists to either risk getting thrown from their bike (if they are to hit one), or having to cycle in the centre/right of the lane (which is dangerous in itself, on a 40m busy road).
