• Our contractor has attended the reported site but was unable to access and deal with the reported issue due to a parked vehicle at the location, and we are therefore unable to action this report further.

• Well why not revisit later, rather than take no further action? The matter is not closed, and in any event, the blockage was on the park side of the road where there are double yellow lines, so I believe the issue has actually been attended to. As your contractor should be very well aware, hospital parking fills the other side of the road from 8 to 4.30 weekdays, so is it not beyond their wit to revisit outwith that timeframe if the problem is there? Except at school drop off times of course when even double yellow lines seem to be ineffectual! Probs better not answer that!.
