Huge Pile of Rubbish

Huge pile of rubbish / trollies around bin at top of Fulford Rd. Some man taped a sign to it saying - sorry I've moved this from the lane by my house on Fulford Rd. This bin has been a source of repeated flytipping ever since it was installed. A woman regularly dumps bags of used cat litter in it. Please collect this mountain of waste ASAP & get rid of the bin also. It just attracts the worst sort of people

Huge pile of rubbish is getting bigger by the day. People are turning up with car boots full of crap & dumping it. Many rats seen around the rubbish!!!! The pile is so huge it is blocking visibility on the roads - there will either be an accident or it'll get set on fire!!!
