Ridges in road prior to Junction and pothole in middle of junction south bound carriageway

A Pothole has appeared in the middle of this junction for traffic heading south bound. It's incredibly dangerous as cars either go down it or try and swerve to avoid it and this is where cars merge into one lane. Having said that a short distance before the junction, the road is breaking up with deep ridges appearing also which is becoming dangerous on such a busy road.
