Neighbours parking over the only entrance gates to my property

Sent to Rhondda Cynon Taf Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9603029.

Have asked them not to on a few occasions and they still make access nye on impossible due to the narrowoness of the street on a few occasions they have completely blocked me out by parking right over gates

People in the street are putting out cones now which they have no right to do, parking as in all streets is first come first served, the coin a phrase, they are behaving like children.
