Overgrown vegetation outside of my house

I live in No. 8 Waller Gardens. The vegetation outside the boundaries of my house is getting overgrown again and the trees are branching out into my garden. This is a recurrent problem, every year the vegetation getting so tall it block my windows and the trees branches getting into my garden and even growing out of the pavement. Please arrange your maintained team for removal of vegetation and trees to prevent them growing out of control.
