Series of potholes on side of metalled road

These potholes have been repaired poorly earlier in the year but have now returned and got worse. The problem is mostly caused by the trailer parked on the other side of the road, forcing vehicles off the metalled surface. This trailer is a danger to traffic and causing the pothole problem.

    This problem is getting worse. Trailer still parked illegally, now has puncture. Owner has no intention of moving it. Trailer is obstructing highway. Damage being caused to side of road as traffic has to leave highway to avoid trailer. Road is starting to fall apart all due to location of trailer.
