1 white car continues to block the low level. ,where I have to crossover road,have spoken to him myself few yes ago, he said he waa visiting his daughter & refused to move

Car driverers insist on parking on low level crossing for disabled . It is infuriating, just this morning had one, would he move....No, point blank refused, said he had a blueberry badge, yet his passenger walked off gine, i know all disabilities are not visible. His blue badge was not in his front window as it should be, it was in someone's handbag
