Two libraries. One of which Glasgow, the other Edinburgh. Can you spot the issue with the Glasgow one?

Last opportunity to correct someone's stupidity else a formal complaint goes in. Please move the bin AWAY from the library, thanks. There plenty space directly opposite, on the north pavement (which hardly anyone uses, unlike the south pavement). And please, no more bins directly outside libraries...
