You served an enforcement notice on this a month ago, reference 9080650. Although some of the lower branches have been trimmed the branches that are preventing the cleaning of the windows in the adjacent High Kingsdown flats have not been. Please service notice on the owner of the tree to trim the higher branches by a few metres to allow safe access
