• Thank you for your enquiry. According to our records, this polygon of land adjacent to Starts Hill road has no land registry registrations on. LBB would not plant trees on technically land that is not theirs and being so close to roadside. It is presumed that a previous occupant planted trees at this location to provide security/shelter to their property boundary which the owner of the boundary fence is ultimately responsible for its maintenance including both sides and would undertake works for its maintenance if it is alleged that one of these trees is causing damage. The Grounds maintenance contractor undertakes works periodically to remove roadside obstructions only.
