Rocking drain hole cover in middle of road.

Sent to Folkestone and Hythe District Council and Kent County Council 6 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 959030.

Drain Cover moving each time cars drive over it and causing constant clicking noise for all residents and businesses. Close to the Quarterhouse Theatre. Present for at least two months.
