Large overgrown hedge obstructing pavement

Reported via desktop in the Overhanging Vegetation from private land category anonymously at 15:57, Tuesday 9 June 2026

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9589448.

This has been reported previously and no action has been taken. This is an example of a neglected hedge that has far exceeded the boundary and needs to be trimmed to make the whole pavement available for walking. The hedge is in Lynwood Grove but belongs to 218 Crofton Lane.

  • There appears to have been a very light trim, but it's hard to be certain and obviously not to the boundary. As 28 days has passed will the council take the necessary action to reclaim the pavement?
