Potholes on corner potential slip hazard

Where East India Dock Road joins Cotton Street (coming from the Blackwall Tunnell) the road surface is extremely poor and is a potential slip hazard, especially for cyclists and motorcyclists. These holes collect water and were frozen the other day which is dangerous, especially as it is on a corner.
