Possible settlement on the driveway and road

I wish to raise concerns about possible settlement on the area at the bottom of my driveway onto the pubic highway. I note over the last few years a larger deeper puddle is forming, also surface cracking and a slight drop maybe due to the road foundation sinking. See photos.
