Deteriorating road surface

The road surface on Southstoke Lane between Manor Farm Buildings and Hillside cottage is deteriorating and includes a number of potholes which are deep and dangerous, especially as the lane is largely unlit after dark. I've attached a photo of the biggest pothole, but there are more and it's a challenge to avoid them all on this narrow lane.
