SB13 LSZ This car has been parked on a grass area near our house for over a year. No one knows who owns it. The car was taxed and MOT up to June 2026. Just looked up the status of the car and it now says it is taxed and MOT until June 2027 but the car has not moved so how did it get MOT? It is parked on a grass area where parking is not allowed and it obstructs the view when turning onto the road. This needs to be investigated
