Poor resurfacing and noisy drain cover

Road resurfacing complete in Chelsfield Road last week is of poor quality as per attached photos. It is an eyesore, already looks like it is breaking up and not of equal standard to the resurfacing done around it. The drain cover is very noisy when cars drive over it, disturbing sleep and being extremely annoying.
