Overgrown hedgerows blocking pedestrian access

Reported via mobile in the Footways and Pavement damage category anonymously at 19:15, Friday 5 June 2026

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9569562.

The footpath along Farmers Close to Bakers piece is often impassable with the combination of parked vehicles and overgrown hedgerows. Either parking on the footpath needs to be stopped, the vegetation cut back, or both. There isn’t even space for 2 cars on the road at the entry to the street by No 159 because of overgrown trees.

Council ref: ENQ261103292

  • Parking warden also needs to come round and ticket people for blocking the footpath. Would help if the trees didn’t cover half.
