Boundary to grass green and footpath fencing
Sent to Great Yarmouth Borough Council and Norfolk County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9569459.
Leading up to Woodlands Primary Academy School along side the footpath runs lowly fitted concrete posts which houses pole fence. Majority of these concrete post have broken..parents allow children to walk and jump on this pole in turn weakens remaining concrete posts. My concern is the metal reinforcement rods protruding up in broken posts which could cause a severe injury if a child slipped on it...this fencing needs replacing or removing..please look at it.

I understand from a message this was looked at? But saying nothing needs to be done ..I am still concerned those metal reinforcement rods sticking up could cause a nasty injury and right next to Woodlands Primary Academy gate the fence pole is not housed in the concrete post with kids daily jumping on the pole which bounces and judders up and down with each jump which I can see will one day break the next concrete post...but if you guys think that is safe I guess I have to accept this...but wonder if money comes into play with this matter.

If this was Lincolnshire, then Lincolnshire County Council would have been providing prompt, comprehensive, and publicly-available updates to this report, right here on the FixMyStreet website, for everybody to see. Unfortunately, Norfolk County Council don't do that (and they even try to discourage people from actually using FixMyStreet)!
