Following recent road resurfacing works, a number of drains from blackness lane to Keston church are blocked with tarmac and debris. I can include all pictures due the size constraints but both sides of the road are effected.

Blackness Lane already suffers from flooding caused by water overflow from leaves green (i have reported this several times) this will be greatl exacerbated if no water is dispersered from Leaves Green Road.
