Overgrown weeds nettles and shrubs etc

Some weeds and Nettles at head height encroaching the foot path which runs from Lords Lane and Church Walk through the church grounds..This path is used by dog walkers and families and small children on school runs...I am 4ft 11 and have in some places need to.duck under..this is also used by our lollipop man who is still in his 80s. This is has been progressing for a few months now.and will get worse if left.
