Route not clear - concealed electric fencing placed across route at ankle height.

There is a point as you pass the diversion around the first electric fence (to the right as you enter from the B4231 side). When you follow around the pond, there is an electric fence at ankle height and concealed by foliage.
If this is not the actual path, the intended route is not clear.
