Good Morning I am the Housing Officer responsible for Churchill Court on Hailey Road, Chipping Norton, and I am writing to raise concerns regarding the trees and bushes running alongside the development, highlighted in yellow on the attached plan.
The land is recorded as unregistered with HM Land Registry, and the road is shown on your interactive map as being maintained by Oxfordshire County Council.
I have already spoke with Chipping Norton Town Council & West Oxfordshire District Council who claim to not be responsible.
I have attached photographs of the area, which demonstrate that the vegetation has become significantly overgrown.
As this land does not fall within our maintenance responsibilities, I would be grateful if you could arrange for the appropriate team to inspect the area and carry out any necessary works. This would help improve both the appearance of the site and the safety of residents and pedestrians using the area.
I look forward to hearing from you.
