Home owner has made a ramp with tarmac

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9560227.

Outside 62 Eastlyn Road the owner has made a ramp with tarmac from the road onto the pavement. This has now blocked the gutter, stopping the rain from draining away. It can’t be seen in the dark, so can cause problems as well as damage when parking, as trip hazard all Of which the council would be liable for.
