Parking

This is a narrow road my nins don’t get emptied as bin wagon can’t get in. People from the next street Joffre mount park on it and there visitors. The pathway has been taken over as people have calmed it as there garden. No emergency services could get to the end. Also at the end is like turning circle and people park in it which means you have to reverse all the way down it trying to get pass cars. This is a on going issue and have been told it will be sorted, it’s getting worse. Also people are putting in drop kerbs without any permission and directing water access the road from there garden
