Pigeon droppings and nest under bridge

Sent to Tower Hamlets Borough Council 4 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 955920.

There has never been any netting under the bridge's steel work so Pigeons have been making nests and excreting on the footway below. This falls on people, parked vehicles and moving vehicles and is a health hazard. There should be some netting installed to clean up this mess. It stinks. All the bridges along this railway need it.
