Oversize hedge is partially blocking the footpath

Oversize hedge to the rear of 1 Gleneagles Green, between 3 & 5 Gleneagles Close, is partially blocking the footpath. It is a hazard for people with pushchairs and the sight impaired. Even when it has been trimmed in the past, it still overhangs the footpath. This is by its nature a reoccurring problem as the hedge constantly grows.
