Unfinished double yellow lines

Sent to Gloucestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9557431.

On the entrance of Brownings Lane, the double yellow lines have not been finished for well over a month now. Could these be finished as cars and large vans are still parking on that corner making it very difficult to enter and exit the road. Thanks.
