Drain blocked

This drain is usually cleared regularly by a lovely gentlemen who does a great job, but due to the warm weather the pond weed has multiplied rapidly, blocking the drain. The pond is now becoming stagnant. The smell is atrocious, it was bad Friday, terrible Monday and today we had to cross the road as the smell was nauseating.
