Uneven surface and pavement deteriorating
Reported via mobile in the A pothole in pavement category anonymously at 20:43, Wednesday 3 June 2026 using FixMyStreet Pro
Sent to Gloucestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9557311.
Outside numbers 3,7 and 9 the pavements have been deteriorating over time and now have dips and grooves starting which could lead to more of the pavement coming up and some concerns over trip hazards. Some residents do not use the paths because of their unevenness and choose to walk on the road - unfortunately with that now becoming a bigger problem and risk both need investigating.
The area outside 9 has started around where the internet cabling comes up. The area outside 7 is where the drain cover is and it has created a step by the side of it. The area outside 3 is poor surface quality and starting to deteriorate.
This is all combined with the poor general surface condition of the roadway which includes pot holes, cracks etc as reported in the separate report.
Thanks very much for your time and consideration on this.
