Huge dip in the road. Drivers swerve dangerously to avoid

Drivers try to avoid by swerving. Quite dangerous. The surfave is not level. It suddenly dips. Been like this over a year.

Council set a folder up. No further communication. Just waiting for an accident to happen and or a child to die till they react
